All items will also include the designer's own proof of authenticity. Given the amount of orders we process each day, the availability of any item on the site is always subject to change. All pricing and currency are displayed in Euro (€ EUR), United States Dollar ($ USD), Russian Ruble (₽ RUB) and New Belarusian Ruble (BYN). Prices in New Belarusian Rubles (BYN), United States Dollar ($ USD) and Russian Ruble (₽ RUB) are presented for comparison only. All payments during checkout will be made in Euro (EUR). We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.
International Duties and Taxes
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. No taxes and duties are included in the price of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your PINTELSTORE.COM account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. Then select your payment method. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, BelCard and PayPal (www.paypal.com). Amex and Discover cards are supported through the PayPal guest or member checkout. In case you pay by credit or debit card actual transaction occurs through the WebPay system (www.webpay.by). A secure WebPay's server establishes an encrypted connection using a secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives all card information of client's payment (card number, card holder's name, expiration date and CVC / CVC2 number). After making a bank card payment it is necessary to save the received email payment confirmations from PINTELSTORE.COM. It may be necessary for verification with the card account statement in order to confirm the completed transactions. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. You can also review the details of your order from your PINTELSTORE.COM account, under Order History.
You can verify the status of your order at any time from your PINTELSTORE.COM account, under Order History. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to five business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A "Processing" status means that your order received but has not yet been shipped. A "Pending payments" status means that your payment failed for some reason (please contact your bank or PayPal support service for additional information). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped, and order status will be changed as "Complete".
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Requests can be made via contact form. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request. Please note that each item ordered at PINTELSTORE.COM is made individually and directly to order. Therefore, the order that was sent with a tracking number and has the status "Complete" cannot be changed or canceled.
